When installing applications on a Terminal Server it needs to be in installation mode. This can be done in one of two ways:

1) GUI

   Goto Control Panel
   Start Add/Remove Programs
   Click Add New Programs and click CD or Floppy

   The terminal Server will den put itself in Installation mode

2) Command Line

   Enter installation mode: Change User /install

   Exit Installation mode: Change user /execute
