Foccacia a'la Nicklas & Rosa

25 g Jäst
2,5 dl ljummet vatten
6 – 7 dl vetemjöl
1/2 tsk salt
1/2 dl olivolja
Havssalt

Blanda allt utom olivolja och havssalt till lagom konsistens. Jäs 30 min i bunke. Pensla formen med olivolja. Jäs i form i 30 min.

Gagrnere med 1/2 burk apetina feta (OBS ej light feta) eller oliver (eller nåt annat).

Grädda i ca 25 – 30 minuter på 225 grader
