Microsoft CRM having problems going online after being offline.

If the client has the error trying to go ONLINE, change a registry key:

– Open Registry, go to HKLM | Software | Microsoft | MSCRM 
– Look for the RCOffline key
– Edit and type a value of 0
– Close registry
– Try to go offline, now it should work.

The key might be found at: HKCU/Software/Microsoft/MSCRMClient
