Microsoft CRM having problems going online after being offline.

If the client has the error trying to go ONLINE, change a registry key:

- Open Registry, go to HKLM | Software | Microsoft | MSCRM 
- Look for the RCOffline key
- Edit and type a value of 0
- Close registry
- Try to go offline, now it should work.
